I have edited a selection of short 15-second videos for the global
Red Bull Viddy page, as well as filming and producing
short viral videos and editing
a series trailer for Red Bull UK.
On the day of the mission, I edited a selection of
short 15-second videos from the Stratos event for the global Red Bull page on social network Viddy, including the first official clip of the jump released by Red Bull on the internet. After the mission, I shot, produced and edited
two Q+A videos with Felix Baumgartner and Joe Kittinger using user-submitted questions from Twitter, and filmed a short video with Felix that was broadcast during Channel 4's Big Fat Quiz of the Year.
I produced the video and live online broadcast of Iain Lee's iTunes chart topping podcast, The Pocket Radio Show. The phone-in show was streamed live via Livestream, and then later available as a podcast on iTunes.
A short travel film of my trip from New York to San Francisco in 2011. Filmed using a Canon 550D, Apple iPhone 4, and GoPro HD Hero.
I produced a short film for the 'Smile For London' project, which screens short videos based on poetry on the platforms of the London Underground. The film is in response to a poem called 'To A Messy Flatmate' by young poet Les Hayden, and will be screened across 60 digital bilboards in London Underground stations between 7-10am starting Monday 23rd January.
My footage from
'Toy Robot in Space!' I shot using a GoPro HD Hero is currently being used in a nationwide TV advertising campaign for GoPro in the US.
Short film I produced on Japanese folk band the Kuricorder Quartet's first ever tour of England. I filmed with the band during an interview with Iain Lee on Absolute Radio, busking in Regent's Park, and performing at Cafe OTO in London. I created the film to be included as part of a DVD I produced of the band's full London concert, which is to be sold in Japan.
My day at the Toronto BuskerFest, the largest street performance festival in North America. Featuring my favourite performer, Fire Guy. I was one of the camera operators and I edited the film.
Documentary I directed and presented as my final graduation film for my Television Production degree. The documentary follows three people who have been affected by US billionaire Donald Trump's planned golf development in Menie, near Aberdeen in Scotland.
I was asked to produce a series of informative travel videos on New York by travel website Tripfilms. You can watch the rest of my New York videos on the
Tripfilms website.
As part of my role as Head of Technology at
Nerve* Media, and as part of previous intern jobs, I have played a large role in the organisation's online output for the last two years. I re-designed and maintained the previous website within the BAM content management system, winning Nerve* Media the 'BAM Minisite of the month' award, and installed a multi-camera streaming video system in the studio. More recently I have developed the Nerve* Radio Player for the new website and the Facebook page, which allows the audience to listen online, watch the webcam, find out who's on-air and message the studio. I also developed an in-studio touchscreen monitor which allows the presenter to read incoming Tweets, Emails, Facebook and SMS messages.
Music video I wrote and directed for Lucky Elephant. The music video follows a small toy robot as he travels to a homemade rocket, and flies 95,000 feet up into space. The space scenes were filmed for real, using a small HD camera and a helium weather balloon.
