Toy Robot in Space!
This is the full space flight from my music video for Lucky Elephant's 'Edgar'. As seen on CNN, Cartoon Network's 'Adult Swim', Popular Mechanics magazine, screens across the London Underground, the latest TV advertising campaign for GoPro and more. You can read the project blog here.
[..YouTube..] that would be funny if the robot fell out
[..YouTube..] @torpedox1503 em… is there wind in outer space? cuz wind + mic = noise..
[..YouTube..] @pipinho114 so lame
[..YouTube..] Im suprised NASA didnt track that shit an shoot that bitch to piece
[..YouTube..] @torpedox1503 it probably isn’t in full space yet because the mesosphere extends really far.. so it can still be affected by wind.
[..YouTube..] best idea ever next time do it with a parachute toy soldier and drop him at the top
[..YouTube..] So did you get your camera back…?
[..YouTube..] @torpedox1503 If it’s at 95,000 feet, it may not be in outer-space, however it’s still within the earth’s atmosphere, hence, air and sound.
[..YouTube..] @4:10 – gravity’s a mean mistress…
[..YouTube..] @torpedox1503 erschütterungen ?!
[..YouTube..] This would have cost NASA a billion dollars to do. LOL
[..YouTube..] what did you holded?
[..YouTube..] @torpedox1503 It wasn’t in space becuase a balloon won’t be able to carry you to space because it is almost a void. It was most likely in the upper atmosphere around the stratosphere
[..YouTube..] @torpedox1503
Well undeceive you ! because the speed comes into play, the robot when it falls goes over 900 km / h so it has enough speed to accumulate but have minimal amount ! And therefore succeeds in producing a sound although it is very low
[..YouTube..] @torpedox1503 Well undeceive you ! because the speed comes into play, the robot when it falls goes over 900 km / h so it has enough speed to accumulate but have minimal amount ! And therefore succeeds in producing a sound although it is very low
[..YouTube..] @torpedox1503
Well undeceive you ! because the speed comes into play, the robot when it falls goes over 900 km / h so it has enough speed to build up the air, but a very small amount ! And therefore succeeds in producing a sound although it is very low
[..YouTube..] @torpedox1503 Well undeceive you ! because the speed comes into play, the robot when it falls goes over 900 km / h so it has enough speed to build up the air, but a very small amount ! And therefore succeeds in producing a sound although it is very low
[..YouTube..] @torpedox1503 close the fuck enough, could of been the noise of the camera picking every noise its making on the mic
[..YouTube..] that would be an insane amusement park ride. Go up a mere 95,000ft, only to drop and plummet right back into orbit. aha
[..YouTube..] What about the planes in the area did you get notams?
[..YouTube..] How did you stop the recording and put it on youtube thats what i wanna know?
[..YouTube..] That was pretty cool oh and young sid is a cunt
[..YouTube..] That was pretty cool oh and young sid is a cunt
[..YouTube..] @torpedox1503 Upper stratosphere = still wind and air.
[..YouTube..] Amazing
[..YouTube..] What i fa plane hit it?
[..YouTube..] @torpedox1503 It was at the edge of space.
[..YouTube..] @torpedox1503 It’s called “near space” for a reason
[..YouTube..] What GPS tracker did you use?
[..YouTube..] :trolldad:
[..YouTube..] Did you get the camera back?
[..YouTube..] I felt the landing!
[..YouTube..] I felt the landing!
[..YouTube..] WOW!
[..YouTube..] @torpedox1503 ummm thats because it said NEAR space… pffft dumbass amateur… great video! ^_^
[..YouTube..] @conversedude04 read the title and then read my comment, get it? twat
[..YouTube..] 4:10 PANIC!!!
[..YouTube..] i agree with [jockingman] i would freak the fuk out also hahahahaha
[..YouTube..] “Brain the size of a planet, and they tell me to go into space for a music video…”
[..YouTube..] @torpedox1503 sais who?
[..YouTube..] @xTwinBladEx Sound waves need a medium to travel in and space is a vacuum..if that was what you meant with your question…
[..YouTube..] @xTwinBladEx Sound waves need a medium to travel in and space is a vacuum..if that was what you meant with your question…
[..YouTube..] amazing… Like a boss
[..YouTube..] this is strange that the strings above the robot dont move O_O
you just edited the green paper…
and when somthing go to space it wont fall back O_O
[..YouTube..] @torpedox1503 it was NEAR space. stop hating! this is so damn awesome!
[..YouTube..] @mamraev
it was clearly only in the atmospere and who care if they call it space… it was freaking cool!!!!!!
[..YouTube..] i hope thts a cheap replica cuz the real ones of those sell for like 250$
[..YouTube..] Bad Robot!
[..YouTube..] this is perhaps the greatest shot ever taken
[..YouTube..] this is perhaps the greatest shot ever taken
[..YouTube..] 4:49 i bet the robot wwas like ….shit is that my parachute? ()_() fuck
[..YouTube..] @MasterSpartan23 F@G!!!
[..YouTube..] 3:45 that noise scared the crap outta me lol
[..YouTube..] 4:42??! what tha fuck was that?! and also at 4:30ish, video cuts? didja see an alien?
[..YouTube..] @IDeezier YEEEEAH!
[..YouTube..] just amazing
[..YouTube..] Somebody needs to edit this and put “rocket man” in the background.
And yes, I know there aren’t actually any rockets involved.
[..YouTube..] it’s probably radioactive a shit ton
[..YouTube..] @lil0UNKnOWN I hope not, the robot is currently living in my bedroom…
[..YouTube..] OH Can see UFO ?
[..YouTube..] OH Can see UFO ?
[..YouTube..] Well, some criticism… Doesn’t the Ballon pop at a certain altitude, because of the high pressure??
And my other point is this: The Earths atmosphere will actually determinate the Robot (while the robot is dropping down to earth, the atmosphere will burn it) like seen on a real “spaceship”….
And the last key factor is that it does land… Which shouldn’t happen
My guess is that this video is a fkin fake….
[..YouTube..] 4:44 stop right there and look to the left… the fuck is that??
[..YouTube..] 95,000 feet is not “near space.” Space starts at 328,000 feet. Not even 1/3 of the way, notice when the balloon pops you immediately hear WIND going over the microphone? Becauase you’re still WELL in the atmosphere. Another weather balloon video that try to make it act as though their actually close to space
[..YouTube..] I puke at 4:22
[..YouTube..] I puke at 4:22
[..YouTube..] I puke at 4:22
[..YouTube..] Balloon wining at 4:51
[..YouTube..] R.I.P Robot
[..YouTube..] @troshy of course it is dude.. Oo get that thing out of ya bedroom
[..YouTube..] @krogen42hull198 ‘Near space is the region of Earth’s atmosphere that lies between 65,000 and 325,000–350,000 feet’ (Wikipedia)
[..YouTube..] @DigitalGreenTea it’s the part of the balloon that popped.
[..YouTube..] “Houston, your not going to believe this….”
[..YouTube..] That’s Freakin Awesome!!!
[..YouTube..] @xLooms Reflection of the moon If Im not mistaken, and that other thing was a popped weather balloon.
[..YouTube..] nice video guys.
the large field of view of the camera gives an illusion that makes the earth’s curvature seem a lot stronger.
[..YouTube..] ”Danger!, Mr. Robinson… Danger!”
[..YouTube..] what if a plane crashes it?
[..YouTube..] how the fuck you recover the go pro dude!
[..YouTube..] you ROCK LOVE THIS!!
:):):):):):):):):)
[..YouTube..] This might just be the coolesst video I’ve seen on youtube yet.. simply amazing. for some reason I feel like i’d believe this footage over anything i’ve seen from NASA
[..YouTube..] absolutely amazing guys, well done
[..YouTube..] Ok that is another thing I have got to do.
Wonder how you engineered the parachute so it didn’t open early.
[..YouTube..] CTFxC FTW!!!
[..YouTube..] you must send apple iPhone 4s and let siri learn about the space..lol
[..YouTube..] @PridelsBlatch
Uh no? The balloon does intact pop which it should and when it does the parachute engages or a system engaged it after it hit a certain altitude and an object falling with the earths gravity only falls at most 120MPH so I would love to see it catch fire while falling. That would be saying if I jumped from a building I would catch fire. Only if an object enters the atmosphere at a high speed will it burn and I forget if you asked about damage to the camera or not but they had a ca
[..YouTube..] Se protecting it also the parachute would have reduced the impact by alot. Hope ya understood!
[..YouTube..] if I was that robot I’d shit out nuts & bolts
[..YouTube..] how fucking cold is it up there??
[..YouTube..] I’m surprised it was only 11 miles away.
[..YouTube..] howd u attach duh camera
[..YouTube..] @troshy would it be possible to do this with a massive pile of rope
[..YouTube..] Danger, danger!
[..YouTube..] @3PiiicZ: No, the rope would get too heavy for the balloon…
[..YouTube..] @jayskyfire well what about if u wanted 2 go 1000ft
[..YouTube..] @lil0UNKnOWN how is the robot radioactive?
[..YouTube..] That silence op ther is so amazing!
[..YouTube..] How did the camera continue to operate at such a low temperature. It must have been under -100 degree centrigrade up there.
[..YouTube..] it’s very amazing !!! i love your movie
[..YouTube..] how the fuck you get the camera back?
[..YouTube..] OK…… now that’s cool.
[..YouTube..] How did you know where it was like a tracker or somethin ??
[..YouTube..] @xLooms Hmmm looks like a falling weather balloon, although it is very weird!
[..YouTube..] @DigitalGreenTea agreed…. wtf
[..YouTube..] I’m jealous of that robot
[..YouTube..] @xLooms mabey an on fire ballon. i dont know… lol
[..YouTube..] @xLooms mabey an on fire ballon. i dont know… lol
[..YouTube..] @xLooms I think the balloon had burst at that point and what you see is just the balloon.
[..YouTube..] @xLooms at 4:42 was the weather balloon.
[..YouTube..] @xLooms If you are talking about the weird reflection behind the robots head then that is the camera.
[..YouTube..] DANGER WILL ROBINSON DANGER !!!!
[..YouTube..] at that altitude there would be no wind or even sound for that matter…
[..YouTube..] @xLooms that’s probably the balloon that popped… just saying
[..YouTube..] Airplane at 1:48
[..YouTube..] how come you knew where it landed??
[..YouTube..] @TacticalSuperMonkey There’s still an atmosphere up there at 90,000 ft., although is is thin, it can still make wind. Actually, it was probably falling at roughly 100-200 mph, due to the lessened atmosphere.
[..YouTube..] did you guys also put like a gps to track where it landed or what?
[..YouTube..] Aw it’s so nice up here, wait…what’s going on! Oh no god dam you gravity !
[..YouTube..] @LazerLord10 ok watev
[..YouTube..] i think wall-e poped his baloon he whas like what
fuck this shit i am the only robot from earth who is going higher haning outside a rocket
poped baloon toy ooooh noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo 5 min later nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo poef i am alife your a robot your not alife noooooooooooooooooooooooooo
[..YouTube..] They obviously used a GPS… -.- smh at this ppl asking how did they find the camera and all the stuff.
[..YouTube..] you just HAD to do this on a cloudy ass day didnt you…. -_____- thumbsdown.
[..YouTube..] @guslb12 it’s in the description
[..YouTube..] How did you find it?
[..YouTube..] Awesome stuff, good work.
[..YouTube..] magnificent experiment
Can you tell me if parashute opened imediatly after the balloon bursted and how you
managed the parashute not to freeze ?
thanks in advance
[..YouTube..] if only u had a garmin on it and u can measure the the speed it was coming down
[..YouTube..] if only u had a garmin on it and u can measure the the speed it was coming down
[..YouTube..] you make getting into space a lot less fuss than all the big boys make about it, I am impressed
thanks
Andy
[..YouTube..] that’s funny shit
[..YouTube..] nice i <3 space
[..YouTube..] getting in space, just as simple as that
[..YouTube..] Cool Vid , NIce work.
[..YouTube..] @RickyWith1992 GPS tracking and a parachute.
[..YouTube..] how did u find it?
[..YouTube..] how did u find it?
[..YouTube..] nvm just read it gps
[..YouTube..] nvm just read it gps
[..YouTube..] sooooo you dropped a go pro from 95,000 ft ? did you know that it is lethal from that height ?
[..YouTube..] oh and what did the gps showed when it was at space?
[..YouTube..] the 13 dislikes are astronauts.
[..YouTube..] What is the Aeroplane hits it?
[..YouTube..] @squashdudes looks like a giant gps unit attached to it.
[..YouTube..] @squashdudes Read the description
[..YouTube..] please send up space core!
[..YouTube..] @squashdudes GPS Tracker maybe?
[..YouTube..] @squashdudes GPS Tracker maybe?
[..YouTube..] increible
tomas
[..YouTube..] @germas369
what if an aeroplane hits a 1-5 kilo bird.. hummmmm.. absolutely nothing! other than obliterating the camera and toy into a gazillion pieces.. dont worry about it..
[..YouTube..] @oyvinator LOL
[..YouTube..] @germas369
i can understand what you worry about.. but in reality nothing would happen..
if it would.. then i doubt aircrafts would be alloued to even take off:-P
we as humans are taught to worry far too much:-)
[..YouTube..] What kind of god did you put in the flight thing? And what did you use for the tracker?
[..YouTube..] I thought spaceflight occurred at 100km or higher altitude this altitude is 29km
[..YouTube..] @ConditionLefty It’s still a really cool video
[..YouTube..] your mom is a man
[..YouTube..] your mother shit by mouth
[..YouTube..] 4:22 is he traveling around the world at light speed?
[..YouTube..] Thumbs up if commercial brought u here
[..YouTube..] 4:42 what is that in the bag ground?
[..YouTube..] 3:44 Look at the SUN !
[..YouTube..] so… how’d you get it back?
[..YouTube..] What a beautiful video
[..YouTube..] STILL No STars
[..YouTube..] He sees @4:20 and he gets messed up!
[..YouTube..] How in the world does the view of the world look curved inward one minute (convex) and look curved outward (concave) the next. At times it almost looks like a sine wave. You can pause the video and suddenly the earth goes from Flat to curved. Can someone explain why we are seeing this optical illusion?
[..YouTube..] Should have sent a TARDIS!
[..YouTube..] @secretbonus I believe it has to do with using a close up on a very wide angle or almost fish-eye lens. I would try going to a camera store and asking to look at the widest angle lens they have and then look at the horizon and tilt the camera up and down a bit. It might work.
[..YouTube..] @QHealing Thats because of the sun and the camera being over-exposed
[..YouTube..] this is awesome! this rocks!
[..YouTube..] What goes up must come down!
[..YouTube..] that was freaking awesome! boy the ground comes up quick. Death to the queen! she killed diana and i loved diana, thoes poor boys..
[..YouTube..] can i buy the robot?
[..YouTube..] @QHealing its becase of the sun light you dont see them. if they did a night launch you could; provided the moon light does not over shine the stars. They are out there..
[..YouTube..] @QHealing the sun is a star, does it count?
[..YouTube..] In space, no-one can hear you scream…
[..YouTube..] its seems fake the robot never moved yet the background did
[..YouTube..] though its still sick
[..YouTube..] This is epic, i’m just curious what it cost to do this.
[..YouTube..] Lil’ Darth Vader learns how to fly…
[..YouTube..] So I can just put on a space suit and strap myself to bigass helium balloon and il go to space???
[..YouTube..] 4:44 falling balloon
[..YouTube..] 4:44 falling balloon
[..YouTube..] @awsomenumberone
yeah why not?
take a parasuit and u might land and survive ^^
[..YouTube..] How have you found the balloon and which camera keeps the icy temperatures at these altitudes?
[..YouTube..] this video is cool
[..YouTube..] @QHealing because of the sun.
[..YouTube..] @QHealing because of the sun.
[..YouTube..] how did you keep the gopro from freezing?
[..YouTube..] @QHealing Why would there be?
[..YouTube..] How do you predict where it will land? Please reply- Thanks
[..YouTube..] @dannyandfriendsshow please relay that reponse to me – Thanks
[..YouTube..] Hey! The doctor repainted his TARDIS
[..YouTube..] @WTDproductions10 ? What do you want me to do?
[..YouTube..] Crap. That gopro camera will not withstand the temp or pressure.
Good one though
[..YouTube..] my rocket goes higher about 121,000 feet witch is 42 miles up
[..YouTube..] @darknessXsmash its 42 km
[..YouTube..] @darknessXsmash its 42 km
[..YouTube..] @dannyandfriendsshow
gps transmitters show the location and attitude
[..YouTube..] the people who disliked this video are stuck underground
[..YouTube..] Does the balloon pop on it’s own at a certain altitude or is it controlled from the ground?
[..YouTube..] Awesome video and I love Robby, but you’re going to have to triple that distance to earn his astronaut wings. Space is 62 miles, or 327,360 ft up. A balloon will not get you there, gonna need a rocket.
[..YouTube..] how did you recover it?
[..YouTube..] @Mrinfoone Gps attatched
[..YouTube..] @DIExxENE The can also locate it
[..YouTube..] Possibly the best GoPro video yet! Concept 10/10. Implementation 10/10. Results 10/10. Very well done!
[..YouTube..] Amazing!
[..YouTube..] @Ferreal92 It pops naturally because of its increase in volume due to the decrease in atmospheric pressure.
[..YouTube..] @Tocinator Thanks!
[..YouTube..] @dannyandfriendsshow
what are you talking about?
i said ‘gps transmitters show the location and attitude’
your answer: ‘the can also locate it’
???????
[..YouTube..] @QHealing The sun is a star…
[..YouTube..] SPACE JUNK!?
[..YouTube..] @QHealing cause it wasn’t in space yet…the sun reflecting off the earth makes it too bright for that camera to capture stars..same reason we dont see stars during the day.
[..YouTube..] @QHealing cause it wasn’t in space yet…the sun reflecting off the earth makes it too bright for that camera to capture stars..same reason we dont see stars during the day.
[..YouTube..] Excellent footage
[..YouTube..] Excellent footage
[..YouTube..] I want a weather balloon!
[..YouTube..] Man you ruined the video when you skipped scenes, just let it play through FOR FUCK SAKE!
still good vid but damn !
[..YouTube..] 4:42 wtf fire in the background?? 4:49 too . what is that?
[..YouTube..] 4:42 wtf fire in the background?? 4:49 too . what is that?
[..YouTube..] @AwaKe1909 the remains of the weather balloon.
[..YouTube..] Added to favorite!
[..YouTube..] Can’t believe it only fell 11 miles away – I would think it would fly hundreds of miles away…
[..YouTube..] How did they find it?????
[..YouTube..] amazing !
Im guessing to find it they must have had a tracking device on it.
[..YouTube..] damn thats a long way up, how long did it take to go up and fall.
[..YouTube..] @realnameunknown2011 @sarajanegarr @Kenzi0425able
I love how half the comments are concerning information well described in the video description
derp.
[..YouTube..] Awesome video and extremely awesome idea!!!!!! That was a blast going to the edge of space. Most innovative video I’ve ever seen. Two thumbs up my friend.
[..YouTube..] “I see no God up here”
[..YouTube..] @Kenzi0425able A GPS chip I guess…
Awesome video guys!
[..YouTube..] hey where is the planes?
[..YouTube..] nice, but what if it meets a plane? you think there is no risk?
[..YouTube..] ‘
wow very neat cooooool this video,,,
i am envy, haha
[..YouTube..] “I can see it all! I’m in space! Spaaaaaaaace!”
[..YouTube..] Terrific Idea and very very nice. The unfiltered sunlight above the clouds playing over the robot is very beautiful
[..YouTube..] Terrific Idea and very very nice. The unfiltered sunlight above the clouds playing over the robot is very beautiful
[..YouTube..] 4:42 you can see the balloon falling
[..YouTube..] wholly crap. thats all i have to say. wholly crap!!
[..YouTube..] “What’s your favorite thing about space? Mine is space.”
“Space going to space can’t wait.”
“Spaaaaaaaaaace…”
[..YouTube..] “What’s your favorite thing about space? Mine is space.”
“Space going to space can’t wait.”
“Spaaaaaaaaaace…”
[..YouTube..] quite an amazing experiment!
[..YouTube..] that thing would have been landet in fucking china or some where else hahah
[..YouTube..] ugh… why not just green screen it?
[..YouTube..] Great project! Well done!!!
[..YouTube..] @QHealing If there were stars you’d know the video is fake.
[..YouTube..] its a bird! it a plane?….no its a toy robot lol
[..YouTube..] 5:05 i hear screaming??
[..YouTube..] 5:05 i hear screaming??
[..YouTube..] Coool
[..YouTube..] Did you have to get a special permit from FAA or someone to launch this? We in the model rocket field need to get one when we fly into air space.
[..YouTube..] Did you have to get a special permit from FAA or someone to launch this? We in the model rocket field need to get one when we fly into air space.
[..YouTube..] Very cool
[..YouTube..] Very cool
[..YouTube..] How did you find it?
[..YouTube..] How did you find it?
[..YouTube..] @CharioSsS theyy had a gps on it
[..YouTube..] How did you get your camera back?? lol
[..YouTube..] nice job, thx for sharing
[..YouTube..] INVADISTE EL ESPACIO AEREO SIN AUTORIZACION DEL GOBIERNO.
[..YouTube..] DEBIERON ELEGIR UN DIA SIN NUEVES, QUE ESTUPIDOS, SE VE TODO BLANCO
[..YouTube..] NEXT TIME MAKE SURE NOT TO DO THIS ON A CLOUDY DAY
[..YouTube..] @yoviagnrenuruguay Lmao, you are retarded. You do realize what you see as a “noncloudy day” is cloudy in reality. There are high-atmospheric clouds and the you have to think you are viewing the earth from high up and only fractions are going to be non cloudy.
[..YouTube..] 6:17 Videoception
[..YouTube..] what if they forgot to turn in the camera.. lol
[..YouTube..] i mean turn on the camera
[..YouTube..] @secretbonus because of the fisheyelens, maybe….
[..YouTube..] @yoviagnrenuruguay mira donde tu estudiaste??? Hay 2 niveles de nubes en la tierra, independientemente si estuviese nevando o lloviendo lo mas que se ve son nubes desde una distancia superior en el espacio.
[..YouTube..] When will they land on the moon?
[..YouTube..] Robots travel whare no robots have traveled before!!!
[..YouTube..] it is amazing
[..YouTube..] it is amazing
[..YouTube..] 14 people are mad cause they cant get to space
[..YouTube..] Utterly Brilliant – well done sir
[..YouTube..] 1st toy to be in space!!/ , not legoman
[..YouTube..] this is cooler then the lego one.
[..YouTube..] That’s one durable camera!
[..YouTube..] LOL I would have put eather a toy police box or a toy of one of the daleks into space XD
[..YouTube..] cool AS dudes, im so doing this with a potato
[..YouTube..] haha cool! but what if it hit someone?
[..YouTube..] respect
[..YouTube..] @DimitriDas1 Plus this effort was 2 years earlier. The sleazy Canadians just copied this stunt without giving credit.
[..YouTube..] @agiantman Id also like to mention that this video was far more better in quality, and showed its decent back down to earth, unlike the other one. That is the media for you tho, exploit things that others have done because of a slow news day. And the creators from two years ago get no recognition. smh.
[..YouTube..] @agiantman Agreed (and I’m from Vancouver).
[..YouTube..] @agiantman Agreed (and I’m from Vancouver).
[..YouTube..] balloon popped at 4:15
[..YouTube..] Those canadian kids have stole this idea from these guys and another group that have done it before them
[..YouTube..] I have been in space once
[..YouTube..] Oh my god 4:30 I’m gonna puke haha!
[..YouTube..] Oh my god 4:30 I’m gonna puke haha!
[..YouTube..] balloon pop at 4:11
[..YouTube..] 4:44 whats in the background
[..YouTube..] Freeze frame at 4:08 cool shot. I like this better than lego Man
[..YouTube..] imagene you be the robot
[..YouTube..] shot would have bin a lot better without the robot thing blocking the view, well done do,
[..YouTube..] Enjoy the silence
Soooo fuckin’ coooool!!!
[..YouTube..] How did you find this? :L the camera
[..YouTube..] What made the balloon pop? Coldness?
[..YouTube..] @skullythecreator At that altitude the pressure outside the balloon is so low that the pressure within the balloon causes it to expand to the point that the material can no longer handle the internal forces and pops. Thats why they say if you were to go in space without a suit your blood would boil, its because of the extreme lack of pressure to keep the molecules at a liquified state.
[..YouTube..] @reflycrazy123 GPS
[..YouTube..] @waxette23 LOL, any comercial airline would destroy that thing, planes are meant to handle shit like this. Birds get hit all the time like bugs on a windsheild.
[..YouTube..] @Kenzi0425able GPS tracking
[..YouTube..] @12871mike Coooool.. Wouldn’t “boil” though.. more bubble cause it’s not getting hotter than 100 degrees it’s just sucking all the gasses out.
[..YouTube..] @waxette23 Risk for the robot mabey, a plane wouldnt really notice it, even if it hit the glass.
[..YouTube..] @skullythecreator Well the lack of pressure combined with body heat causes the water in your blood to enter the gas phase, and since it cant escape your body easily it would probably start to boil, not violently but it would. It would start to become extremely thick and your blood pressure would skyrocket.
[..YouTube..] @12871mike Look at a phase-diagram, I had to do problems involving stuff like this on a college physics test. Materials stay in phases do to temperature and pressure, without pressure nothing is forceing the molecules to stay together
[..YouTube..] @12871mike In other words, you dont need high temperature to boil water, if you can create massive extremes in pressure.
[..YouTube..] @12871mike But you’d freeze before any of this.. cool in theory but the temperature would just beat it.
[..YouTube..] you’re amazing. well done
[..YouTube..] How did you get that camera back on earth?
[..YouTube..] bye bye el roboto we will not miss you!
[..YouTube..] space? SPACE! SPAAAAAAAAAACEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
[..YouTube..] @Qrorpl photoshop
[..YouTube..] @11JoJobeans Holy. Dumbfuck.
[..YouTube..] Holy scoobydo bido !
[..YouTube..] @Qrorpl naa whit a parasuit. that what we did when we did something simelar. we had a gps on it to find it later
[..YouTube..] is this true ??
[..YouTube..] looks like the same launch site of the james may’s budgie 35
[..YouTube..] 4:15 Houston, j’ai un problème !
[..YouTube..] @Qrorpl the ballon poped at the peak alt and it fell to the ground
[..YouTube..] @Qrorpl the ballon poped at the peak alt and it fell to the ground
[..YouTube..] Oops! Forgot to hit record…
[..YouTube..] i think that toy woundt stop saying BRING ME BACK TO SPACE O_O
[..YouTube..] @Qrorpl Watch until the end!
[..YouTube..] Damn, remind me to wear my helmet next time I step outside.
[..YouTube..] @Qrorpl Let’s just ignore the fact that It was attached to the robot
[..YouTube..] *Kuss* Mmm.. Blue42hut. We have an unidentified flying object slowly approaching our way. *over* *Kuss* Mmm.. Proceed to shoot it down. *over*
[..YouTube..] love the landing
[..YouTube..] love the landing
[..YouTube..] @Qrorpl *recneck voice* Yall know what this AR-16 is?
[..YouTube..] What happened around 4:20??
[..YouTube..] @kyussfan6 We all smoked up and got high as fuck
[..YouTube..] now see why cant this concept be applied to real rockets i mean yeah it would take a gigantic weather balloon maybe more but save a fortune on fuel trying to break the gravitational pull of the earth or maybe im just thinking out my ass
[..YouTube..] @Qrorpl read the whole description
[..YouTube..] 4:52 how babies are made.
[..YouTube..] @kyussfan6 The balloon popped cuz of temprature or pressure, and the thing started falling back to earth. Isnt that kinda obvious?
[..YouTube..] @nwfklan Ha im not a balloonist
[..YouTube..] Charles Trippy send me here. CTFxC FTW. Nice video!
[..YouTube..] imagine getting struck by that robot BUZZ KILLL!
[..YouTube..] How was the entire flight, without editing ?
Very nice video, thank you for posting it
[..YouTube..] Now launch a furby, without a parachute.
[..YouTube..] what happens if it hits someone’s car???…..or falls in water??
[..YouTube..] meh
[..YouTube..] Question: What camera housing did you use; the waterproof one or the one with holes on the back? And, did you have to use any condensation absorbent inside the GoPro housing? As I understand it during the ascend there will be a slight pressure build up inside a waterproof housing which will be compensated by the low tempreature when reaching higher air. I can not se any build up of condensation inside the housing though. Any comments on this, anybody? /Tille, TeamM
[..YouTube..] @TilleTeamM No housing and no condensation absorbent – just the naked GoPro. Full kit list in the blog link in the description.
[..YouTube..] @Qrorpl It came back on earth? watch the whole video before commenting.

[..YouTube..] one word, INCREDIBLE !!!
[..YouTube..] all people when a small thing w/ a camera goes near to space always asks “How did you recover it?
[..YouTube..] nobody matters that toy robot lol
[..YouTube..] Bummer the lego man dudes got all the publicity and now you guys even though you did it before them!
[..YouTube..] how did you find the camera when it landed?
[..YouTube..] @pauljpuodziukas They more than likely used a GPS tracker.
[..YouTube..] @Qrorpl Once that balloon gets high enough it pops.. the parachute deploys as the camera falls to earth, and then they porbably used a GPS tracker to find the robot and camera.
[..YouTube..] Read the description guys, it’s mentioned that they used a mini GPS tracker.
[..YouTube..] FAKE!!!
[..YouTube..] Awesome video, but next time send up a hamster in heated glass bubble!
[..YouTube..] this is best when you’re stoned.
[..YouTube..] fucking sick!
[..YouTube..] That was Awesome!
[..YouTube..] 4:44 you can see the popped weather balloon in the background
[..YouTube..] 4:15 …. That’s when the necromorphs attack. Dead Space all over again
[..YouTube..] fun and games till some one gets a toy robot to the dome from 95000 feet up
[..YouTube..] n1
[..YouTube..] Camera man did a GREAT job! Didn’t move an inch! Nice job!
[..YouTube..] Camera man did a GREAT job! Didn’t move an inch! Nice job!
[..YouTube..] there has got to be a million faa violations here, lol awesome.
[..YouTube..] So what you’re saying is that you sent a balloon up to an altitude of 95 000 feet and after it fell back to the ground it had only travelled a distance of 11 miles? That’s like when firing a gun vertically that the bullet falls back right into the barrel. Sorry, I just can’t believe that.
[..YouTube..] holy shit, where did I let my camer… oh, its in space now
[..YouTube..] holy shit, where did I let my camer… oh, its in space now
[..YouTube..] And our new show, “Not so lost in space”
[..YouTube..] Awesome – the most natural high I have had for a long time. Creative, professional, entertaining and wondeful. Thanks.
[..YouTube..] Awesome – the most natural high I have had for a long time. Creative, professional, entertaining and wondeful. Thanks.
[..YouTube..] @hardmanners Who and where did they say they did that. It fell – “We then found the robot and camera in a field 11 miles away using a mini GPS tracker.” So many idiots here can’t read.
[..YouTube..] @hardmanners Who and where did they say they did that. It fell – “We then found the robot and camera in a field 11 miles away using a mini GPS tracker.” So many idiots here can’t read.
[..YouTube..] @PhoenixCanDo Yeah- I guess you couldn’t read what I wrote yesterday or didn’t understand. So again- You’re saying that you found it only 11 miles away using a mini GPS tracker? After about 4 hours? So there was almost no wind at all? Even at altitude where there is normally the so called “jet stream” blowing constantly? Well- might be. Stranger things have happened and the global warming shows lots of effects recently. Would be nice if you put an altimetre in front of the camera too next time.
[..YouTube..] how is it possible that the robot i going back to the earth??? i thogut there is nor air in the space, so wouldnt it be forever in the space ?
[..YouTube..] How the hell does a toy robot NOT break from a 95,000 ft fall?!?
[..YouTube..] muy vueno
[..YouTube..] The robot went into a black hole, now we got Star Wars.
[..YouTube..] 4:11 scared the shit out of me..
[..YouTube..] Comment vous faite pour le retrouver après ?
[..YouTube..] I can see my howes
[..YouTube..] I can see my howes
[..YouTube..] @Qrorpl IT IS 95000 ft your looking a Coppola 10000
[..YouTube..] @zeroocool101 one thing is air preassure, the other thing is gravity. air preassure has nothing to do with bringing the robot back to earth, except for exploting the balloon. thanks to gravity we can go round the sun and not in a straight line into deep space, the same with the moon around earth.
[..YouTube..] wow 11 miles away thats not that far for been up there so far up
[..YouTube..] 4:53 WTH is that
[..YouTube..] Does anyone else hear a large group of people crying and angrily screeing? 4:50 O_.O
[..YouTube..] @Russian4Fun screeming*
[..YouTube..] @Russian4Fun screeming*
[..YouTube..] Oh look a plane.
[..YouTube..] uuh wierd faces willl pop up when that robot lands in someones backyard XD
[..YouTube..] bournemouth!
[..YouTube..] quiet music in back ground at 4:57??? maybe its just me
lol
[..YouTube..] i saw an air plane during 1:50 and i wonder what they were thinking
[..YouTube..] i saw an air plane during 1:50 and i wonder what they were thinking
[..YouTube..] thats strange that you can do that. you would think the cosmic rays from the sun would possibly destroy the electrical system of the camera
[..YouTube..] ill be honest, i was getting freaked out when the camara was spinning round and round really really fast.
[..YouTube..] i wonder if the Russian Missile defence went into defcon 1 because of that.
[..YouTube..] @Russian4Fun Wind noise buddy
[..YouTube..] @Russian4Fun Wind noise buddy
[..YouTube..] waaaaaoow veryy good
helal olsun !
[..YouTube..] How did they manage to land the robot on nearly the same place??
[..YouTube..] was this made by father and son
[..YouTube..] @jelcroo1 they will go like wtf mars atack
[..YouTube..] 4:50 – a Jellyfish outa space attacks…
[..YouTube..] 4:50 – a Jellyfish outa space attacks…
[..YouTube..] The veiw of the slouds is amazing, great work getting it up there.
[..YouTube..] it would of been awesome if you caught an alien hovering by or something…i bet the government would of confiscate your video though.
[..YouTube..] it would of been awesome if you caught an alien hovering by or something…i bet the government would of confiscate your video though.
[..YouTube..] wouldn’t that toy be radioactive being exposed out there is not design with material to go to space just saying i wouldn’t touch that shit lol
[..YouTube..] Simply awsome!
[..YouTube..] Nice job! would have never thought to send a gopro into space!
[..YouTube..] And one of these days it lands on someone, kills them, and go to jail.
[..YouTube..] when the object begin to float? at what altitude?
[..YouTube..] thumbs up for seeing popped balloon
[..YouTube..] Great work!,i have a few question’s though,at what height did the chute deploy and how did the vehicle not get caught in the polar jetstream?
[..YouTube..] it fake
[..YouTube..] one question how did you get the camera back, to get the film to then upload to youtube?
[..YouTube..] @ssj5brian
How is this fake? You’re an idiot.
[..YouTube..] @EdaP79 None.
[..YouTube..] beautiful video
[..YouTube..] beautiful video
[..YouTube..] Amazing. Bravo.
[..YouTube..] you can see Wisconsin and California from that height.
[..YouTube..] i keep waiting for the robot to melt or the balloon to pop at4:01!
[..YouTube..] Very awesome and well done! ::-)
[..YouTube..] what is that at 4:52
[..YouTube..] 0:10 i hope im not the only one who thinks thats a penis…..
[..YouTube..] Can you imagine living in the area? One day, seeing a random toy floating to the ground?
[..YouTube..] Anybody else catch that “voice” at 4:52?
[..YouTube..] thought it was fake. cat
[..YouTube..] haha the ad at the beginning was a girl making a sandwitch
[..YouTube..] haha the ad at the beginning was a girl making a sandwitch
[..YouTube..] how come so little amount of views this was EPIC!!!!
[..YouTube..] I initially thought this was fake… but.. Wow!
[..YouTube..] How you managed to locate the robot?
[..YouTube..] I bet I am the only one here who knows that is one of the robots from Lost in Space. In one of the episode they find a alien robot and the original robot fears he will replace him. That other alien robot is that toy.
[..YouTube..] @43eyes congrats on being the biggest dousche/nerd to post a comment.
[..YouTube..] DISCLAIMER! Do not watch after 4:15 if you are under the influence of alcohol… unless you love “the spins”… you were warned.
[..YouTube..] how did they find the cam after the flight???
[..YouTube..] @garridsg GPS Tracking?
[..YouTube..] Love how the last 4 letters on the URL bit are lolz … haha xD
[..YouTube..] robot: WTF WHY ME !
[..YouTube..] I think… Im seriously going to go to space… but with no oxygen, Im not sure how often my ‘skin needs to breathe’ but, if I can come up with an air tight suit, an air tank, and a parachute…. A bicycle with a hanglider attached! Ye, I’d go for it!
[..YouTube..] Space… The final frontier. These are the voyages of the starship Balloon Rocket. It’s 5 minute mission, to entertain hundreds of thousands of people, and to boldly go where no toy has gone before. *Music cues*
[..YouTube..] such a pretty view and high quality video TO BAD THERES STUPID FUCKING TOY ROBOT BLOCKING MOST OF IT THE ENTIRE FUCKING TIME
[..YouTube..] I am amazed you can hear the balloon pop and the sound of wind rushing around the falling object in space!
[..YouTube..] its a shame you can’t add little rocket launchers to blast the robot into space forever.
[..YouTube..] -.- I MUST FIND SSJ5BRIAN´S COMMENT!
[..YouTube..] That toy make 23 youtube account for dislike this video.
[..YouTube..] How did u get the footage when the camera is up in space
[..YouTube..] Wait you found it as well
[..YouTube..] @guppyboy69
If you can hear the pop and the wind, then it’s not space is it?
[..YouTube..] Wow……….camera was found 11 miles away from launch-point. Amazing ! 95,000 feet is 17.99 miles up – almost to the edge of our atmosphere Incredible !!!
[..YouTube..] what was that thing at 4:50?
[..YouTube..] @x0beyoutiful someones’ camera failing. lolololol
[..YouTube..] 4:08 POP!!!
[..YouTube..] How about friction ? isn’t there the chance that during the free fall it may get damaged by atmospheric friction, or did you attach a parachute?
[..YouTube..] yea, so what was the camera, iPhone.. or.. ? and the GPS, how did you track it after landing. way cool you guys.
[..YouTube..] @Alexknowsbezt people always say you tube vids are fake. Its their way of feeling smart.
[..YouTube..] the robot is like dame you gravity
[..YouTube..] 4:44 you can hear lost souls talking in the wind for about 20 seconds
[..YouTube..] I think it was another parachute did not open!!!!
[..YouTube..] yes and that weird thing that floats by screen 4:46-4:51
[..YouTube..] its the balloon, it pops. thats how they get it back
[..YouTube..] i find it hard to believe that in the 21st century people still use body parts to measure length
)
[..YouTube..] So there’s people actually releasing balloons with junk tied to them and that stuff comes crashing down to earth? OK… IDEA! Do that again in a heavily populated area, only, instead of a stupid robot, do a whipped cream pie!
[..YouTube..] *too
[..YouTube..] Great video. He went on an amazing adventure. Anyone else see the air jellyfish?
[..YouTube..] The balloon that popped
[..YouTube..] 2:48 3:45 were the noises pressure equalization in the case?
[..YouTube..] Robby the Robot! He was born in the late 1940′s. He is a real movie star robot. However, I think this little guy is just an impostor. Nevertheless, good vid!
[..YouTube..] it was part of a music video. go look at the “1st gopro in space” video.
[..YouTube..] Love this video
[..YouTube..] HOW DID YOU GET YOUR CAMERA BACK?
[..YouTube..] 0:30 Nice Fiat Punto !!!
[..YouTube..] Do you need some sort of permissions to send a balloon like that? I mean, what would happen if the balloon hits an airplane’s engines?
[..YouTube..] Its Robbie the robot from the 1970s K-Tel Music Machine commercial
[..YouTube..] how did they get it back??
[..YouTube..] I am assured they have installed GPS system.
[..YouTube..] it go caught on a ufo at 4:20
[..YouTube..] Penis at 0:10
[..YouTube..] It’s fake.
They dangled the robot in front of a video screen with NASA film playing in the back ground.
Being a video artist and somewhat of a genius I could tell how they faked it the minute I saw it.
[..YouTube..] that was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo coooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool
[..YouTube..] Weldon boys good view of space
[..YouTube..] Lol wtf then explain the falling and when they launched it? Was NASA randomly excatly where they were filming and where they camera shaking like shit while falling down from 95.000ft???
Now tell me how they could have possibly faked that.
Also, explain how they managed to get the sunlight and the shadows on the robot as it is on the video?
[..YouTube..] i dont see jesus
[..YouTube..] it would be funny if they for got to turn the camera on they would be like well fuck!!!!
[..YouTube..] Not true. They got a GoPro and mounted it in front of the toy. Look at GoPro.com. They have that video.
[..YouTube..] it went THAT high and only landed 11 miles away…WTF?
[..YouTube..] You could do something much more creative than placing a stupid toy in front of the camera.
[..YouTube..] wow this is so fuckin insane this video needs more views
[..YouTube..] Fake lol
[..YouTube..] hey hi!!! me encanto tu video y voy a publicarlo en mi face, felicitaciones…. pero como hicieron para encontrar la camara ???
[..YouTube..] thats my point!
[..YouTube..] ah! right.
[..YouTube..] at 4:50 the balloon…
[..YouTube..] This video proves that the earth is Flat. The earth is not moving only the balloon , it landed only 11miles away, no rotation. If the earth was round ,That robot would have landed in China were it was made
[..YouTube..] must-not-face-palm!!!
[..YouTube..] is it fake?
[..YouTube..] What about the wind, say its moving slightly fast then the earth, but not by much. Explain that.
[..YouTube..] Nice work boys, your parents should be well proud of you. Cheers from Canada.
[..YouTube..] 4:28 the robot is screaming HOLY SIHT
[..YouTube..] WTF?
4:53 to 4:59 I heard the sound of some music! D:
[..YouTube..] WTF?
4:53 to 4:59 I heard the sound of some music! D:
[..YouTube..] Atcually, that is Robby the Robot and what do ya know!?!?!? BOOM! made in America….
[..YouTube..] @zedea lol that’s birds
[..YouTube..] WHAT IF A PLANE HIT IT LOL
[..YouTube..] Except that everything on the Earth’s surface moves along with it, so everything on Earth retains its motion relative to the rest of the universe. It’s the same as when you’re flying in a plane; were you to stand in the aisle and jump, you would not be flung to the back of the plane at 500 mph, because you share the plane’s relative motion and do not have outside influence (ex., windblast).
[..YouTube..] You belong in the middle ages, when people really believed earth was flat…
[..YouTube..] You belong in the middle ages, when people really believed earth was flat…
[..YouTube..] Read desc?!
“We then found the robot and camera in a field 11 miles away using a mini GPS tracker.”
[..YouTube..] back then there was no camera.
[..YouTube..] Now i found the sun
[..YouTube..] What da heck!……..how did yu pause in space!
[..YouTube..] what was that white thing?
[..YouTube..] HOUSTON!! WE GOT A PROBLEM @ 4:14
[..YouTube..] gps?
[..YouTube..] What settings was the cam on ? I just bought a hero 2 and I don’t know what settings to put it in and get such high quality.
[..YouTube..] hahahaha you complete idiot, you seriously think the world is flat? someone didnt go to school
[..YouTube..] It has GPS, so when it fell down he saw where it landed
[..YouTube..] with a GPS.
[..YouTube..] “Off the Air – Space” anyone?
[..YouTube..] you idiot have you ever heard of shadows and if the world was flat you could see for miles on end in the ocean also what about pepole who have been to space you can even see the the rounded part when it is up real hi
[..YouTube..] you idiot have you ever heard of shadows and if the world was flat you could see for miles on end in the ocean also what about pepole who have been to space you can even see the the rounded part when it is up real hi
[..YouTube..] That would make a great screensaver
[..YouTube..] cool vid
[..YouTube..] cool vid
[..YouTube..] you guys should have out the parachute under the spaceship so it would look like it was falling
[..YouTube..] at 4:15 he was saying “houston we have a problem”
[..YouTube..] 4:43 …. the balllooooonnn
[..YouTube..] is their realy noise or were you in some atmosphere…or is this transmision
[..YouTube..] 5:27 scared the S*** out of me.
[..YouTube..] How the robot didn’t burn in the atmosphere?
[..YouTube..] 25 people are afraid of heights
[..YouTube..] 0:10 dafuq?
[..YouTube..] Parachute and tracking.
[..YouTube..] cool
[..YouTube..] The atmosphere is not hot, infact it gets colder the higher you go. If your thinking about the Space Shuttle, The only reason it gets so hot is because it is going about 17,500 mph when it hits the atmosphere, and as it begins to collide with the air particles it creates massive amounts of friction, Thus creating extreme amounts of heat.
[..YouTube..] Yeah, but what if it meets a plane?
[..YouTube..] you can put a ”GPS” chip inside it. that is genius
[..YouTube..] to infinity and beyond
[..YouTube..] that robot would look wrong in so many ways if you took both arms off and 1 leg
[..YouTube..] i want to know how long the actual fall was
[..YouTube..] i want to know how long the actual fall was
[..YouTube..] *Robot*
4:00 – Ya know, this is actually pretty damn cool! What I nice veiw….
4:10 – Ooops shit… shit WTF!
4:24 – OHHHH FUCK WHY AM I ALIVE THIS IS HELL
[..YouTube..] GPS tracker, read the description! :L
[..YouTube..] Theres another one a 4:45 in the backround haha
[..YouTube..] SPAAAAAAAAAAAAAACEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!
[..YouTube..] read the description
[..YouTube..] Watch this video, while playing this song – Far East Movement – Rocketeer ft. Ryan Tedder Matches perfectly
[..YouTube..] That was cool as fuck but when it reenters the atmosphere why doesnt it burn? Just wanting to know.
[..YouTube..] What if a plane came bye
[..YouTube..] 4:45-4:54 Fire falling down
[..YouTube..] it is obvious that video was shot in a studio, there were no stars….it is so FAKE!
[..YouTube..] 95,000 feet isn’t technically space so to speak. At a high enough air speed you could get a heat resistant aeroplane to fly at that altitude.
[..YouTube..] (redo) No stars? The sun is right there far to bright with the sun shinning on that cam to see stars. The brightness period would drown out stars making a video like this with the Earth and sun! You’d need to go up at night and/or face the cam outwards and even than need a filter to catch the stars! Haven’t you ever been in a parking lot and looking up the light stops you from seeing the stars? You’d only see a really bright star. You have here the contrast of the Earth and sun!
[..YouTube..] Never left the atmosphere bud, not that high lol
[..YouTube..] That was probably the popped balloon man
[..YouTube..] That was the wind in the mic and ur imagination
[..YouTube..] oh yeah haha
[..YouTube..] Its not large enough or traveling fast enough to cause that much friction
[..YouTube..] this just in boy killed by falling robot story at 11
[..YouTube..] this just in boy killed by falling robot story at 11
[..YouTube..] how did you get it back???
[..YouTube..] Pretty cool. Although too bad the little guy was obstructing the view all the time!
[..YouTube..] no watch it while playing lucky elephant – edgar
[..YouTube..] i’m not sure, but i think the air in the balloon expended when it went out of the atmosphere wich made the balloon pop and then it fell back to earth
[..YouTube..] did you have to say something to the airports or something like that because airplanes can crash that ?
[..YouTube..] buenisimo chicos espectacular
[..YouTube..] This is 80,000ft higher than airplanes go! This kids toy is amazing!
[..YouTube..] the germans would kill you XD
[..YouTube..] the germans would kill you XD
[..YouTube..] next time a nokia 3310 ?
[..YouTube..] next time a nokia 3310 ?
[..YouTube..] they used a gps tracking devise, the wind throws the balloon way off coarse so they need something to track down its exact location when it lands
[..YouTube..] All fun until you put a hole threw a plane XD
[..YouTube..] @ 3:41 i was like 0.0
[..YouTube..] @ 3:41 i was like 0.0
[..YouTube..] 50,000 Airplanes average 25-40 thousand feet!
[..YouTube..] lets do this with paris hiulton
[..YouTube..]
o
wuuaahhh
[..YouTube..] why will we kill him? o.0
[..YouTube..] the airports, the police, everyone, because its dangerous
it’s just fun, they would never kill you.
If this hits an airplane ?
[..YouTube..] where do you but that beloon
[..YouTube..] Y gravity Y!!!
[..YouTube..] This is incredible! What kind of GPS tracking rig did you use?
[..YouTube..] next time should put a dead rat…see what happen ? lol
[..YouTube..] WTF?!? lol
[..YouTube..] First toy robot in space?
[..YouTube..] evolution of daleks
[..YouTube..] This is why there’s so many fucking UFO videos now.
[..YouTube..] How did you ensure your balloon to keep track out of air traffic?
[..YouTube..] How did you ensure your balloon to keep track out of air traffic?
[..YouTube..] you dont lol, it’s a balloon….
[..YouTube..] you dont lol, it’s a balloon….
[..YouTube..] 4:20 Robot – Ohoohohohohofuuuu
[..YouTube..] How did you determine the altitude of 95,000 ft?
[..YouTube..] they used the on board gps, you can purchase kits for around a thousand dollars
[..YouTube..] Robie the robot made it to space. Fantastic. He finally got off the Forbidden Planet !
[..YouTube..] what ufo? haha
[..YouTube..] Wow that’s kind of scary. It’s up so damn high.
[..YouTube..] Baloon pops 4:10
[..YouTube..] What kind of balloon did u use
[..YouTube..] 4:43 Alien in the back?!
[..YouTube..] FAKE, they’res no stars.
[..YouTube..] what you cant see the sun
[..YouTube..] thats my birthday!
[..YouTube..] omg that so cool
[..YouTube..] omg that so cool
[..YouTube..] Bitch please, turn off audio here, Daft Punk – something about us. GG
[..YouTube..] hey nice video…. did you use a gps to found the camera ? what type?
[..YouTube..] hey nice video…. did you use a gps to found the camera ? what type?
[..YouTube..] songs shit
[..YouTube..] lol 4:44 what is this
[..YouTube..] This is how the Darleks appeared
))
[..YouTube..] amazing video loved it!!!
[..YouTube..] I guess they didn’t
[..YouTube..] darth vader’s grand pa
[..YouTube..] Didn’t realize making only 29% of the trip meant you nearly made the whole distance. If I drove from Baltimore, Ireland, to Cork, does that mean I nearly made it to Dublin?
[..YouTube..] in case you were wondering, 4:10 when the balloon pops
[..YouTube..] Going up 95,000 feet is definitely not space, and the curvature of the earth is almost artificial due to fisheye-ness of the go-pro. Still a good vid though !
[..YouTube..] it is kind of creepy how the wind starts dying down
[..YouTube..] it is kind of creepy how the wind starts dying down
[..YouTube..] the darkness giving the effect of outerspace is actually the sun blacking out the lens because at that altitude the atmosphere is much less dense causing the sun to shine brighter on the gopro.
[..YouTube..] but nice vid!
[..YouTube..] just 11 miles away? That’s fenomenal! And how could it survive the drag coming back?
[..YouTube..] Wouldn’t the pressure crush the camera?
[..YouTube..] LUCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
[..YouTube..] They ignored it ,the odds are too large.
[..YouTube..] it didnt make it to space but was still a nice look on things
[..YouTube..] no pressure decreases as altitude increases. the balloon popped from the relative air pressure on the inside compared to the lack of pressure on the outside. cameras are not pressurized they have no need to be so there was no pressure difference.
[..YouTube..] no pressure decreases as altitude increases. the balloon popped from the relative air pressure on the inside compared to the lack of pressure on the outside. cameras are not pressurized they have no need to be so there was no pressure difference.
[..YouTube..] How did u get the camera?
[..YouTube..] Nv’m
[..YouTube..] Onboard GPS. Works quite well when you are only several thousand feet away from it.
[..YouTube..] that’s one way to confuse aliens :L
[..YouTube..] that’s one way to confuse aliens :L
[..YouTube..] at 4:45 and 4:50, was that the parachute?
[..YouTube..] I dont know if anybody has answered this question yet; however, depending on what country you live in – there are ways to notify everybody. In the USA you can submit a flight trajectory to the FAA to ensure aircraft stay clear of the area prior to launch. If the load is under 6lbs (I believe) – you technically do not need FAA clearance to launch a balloon.
[..YouTube..] how much for the robot XD
[..YouTube..] how much for the robot XD
[..YouTube..] NOw open a new tab (I know but hear me out) browse: Decollage by Les Balayeurs du désert, then go back here and just listen and watch.

[..YouTube..] epic .. there was a program on telly at xmas that did a simular thing with the ashes of some pets .. james may was in the program?
[..YouTube..] I wish my phone battery could last that long :/
[..YouTube..] I was looking for aliens..
[..YouTube..] i think the chances that it would hit a plane are very slim
[..YouTube..] There are a few ‘people’ here giving their ‘expert opinion’ that 95,000 ft is NOT into Space. If YOU were there instead of the toy then the first thing you’d tell your friends is that you were in Space, and you know it! So STFU you whining ‘experts’.
[..YouTube..] Love it!
[..YouTube..] weel your names chargers where are ya chargers
[..YouTube..] what the hell did you do that for
[..YouTube..] what the hell did you do that for
[..YouTube..] For fun
[..YouTube..] lol is that a falling meteorite at 4:50?
[..YouTube..] How does the balloon fall back down to the same area? I would think once it enters back into earth it would end up somewhere else.
[..YouTube..] i hope that was a joke
[..YouTube..] first
[..YouTube..] Awesome Video! Beautiful when the edge of the atmosphere meets the darkness of space. Thumbs Up!
[..YouTube..] Awesome Video! Beautiful when the edge of the atmosphere meets the darkness of space. Thumbs Up!

[..YouTube..] the most random object you can think of was flown into space by irish students – you gotta see it! /watch?v=OEyGEHETPog
[..YouTube..] @troshy does the atmosphere pop the balloon or what?
[..YouTube..] 2:15 notice that u stop hearing the sound of wind, that scary haha
[..YouTube..] so beautiful to see the sun on a total dark background
[..YouTube..] that is because you are out of the troposphere (where all weather is)
[..YouTube..] totally fake whats up in the right corner and whats all the cliking in between i think i photo or fireworks

[..YouTube..] How did you get it out of of the thermosphere?! Mesosphere?! It just looks like plastic!
[..YouTube..] Gps tracker?
[..YouTube..] yep I know , i’m just saying that it is awesome and it is some sort of scary peace up there.
[..YouTube..] robot thinks: oh my gosh? what did I wrong!!!???
[..YouTube..] How do you ensure that your video camera doesn’t fall onto someone’s head??????
[..YouTube..] our planets a beautiful place.
[..YouTube..] 4:44 popped balloon in the back round falling also
[..YouTube..] Where is the ice build up??
[..YouTube..] My 5th grade son just sent a picture of himself and his sister into near space for his school project. check out his accomplishment!! he is only 11. check out “tristan jolley near space launch”
[..YouTube..] freakyin nice
